"This was my second time at Hotel Zentral. I like that it's in between Los Cristianos and Playa de las americas. About 5-7mins in both directions from the hotel. Hotel was very clean and the receptionist staff were all very friendly and helpful. It has a lovely roof top area, with amazing views of the mountain on one side and the sea on the other. "All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!"

The tv reception was poor on ocassion. Our main issue, was the NOISE, situated close to the Hard Rock Cafe, the room should have sound proof windows!! We should have been told & received the option to move!! "
