"I had an excellent stay at The Hyatt Regency Crystal City in Alexandria, VA! I was attending a tech conference and received excellent service from Virginia. at the front desk. She took care of me from the time I checked in, to the time I checked out. She took extra time to explain the amenities of the property, and how the points worked as a new Hyatt member. My every need was taken care of! My room was excellent and comfortable, away from the elevator as requested. The staff on the 15th floor...

"This was the third time I have stayed at this property. It is so convenient to both the metro and the commuter rail. The staff are always incredibly friendly and accommodating. The onsite restaurant is really good and there are plenty of other dining options nearby as well. I like that they have a parking garage available for reasonable price. They are in a convenient location to the heart of Washington DC without actually having to stay in DC. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. "
