Having 1 bathroom was a challenge but we made a plan a head of time with taking showers. Yes, there are some homeless around but we did not feel threatened in any way or unsafe. To me, that"s just assumed with downtown properties. Which bringa me to my next pro, we were in close proximity or a short drive to Downtown, Deep Ellum, SMU & the mall....

"Unit was veey clean and affordable, which was what we wanted most, but neighborhood wasnt very walkable and had to Uber everywhere. Could have used a few minor inclusions, but no deal breaker, were easy going people. Would stay again if in a similar situation. "

I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel"

"I lived here for two months and this unit is very nice with a very comfortable bed, a large shower and a well-supplied kitchen. The location was perfect for the drive to the office and my workouts in the nearby part. and I enjoyed the safety of private, gated parking. The owner was very responsive with the few issues I had with the unit. I would definitely stay here again."
