"The Hotel was easily accessible from highway. At check-in the staff wasn’t very forth coming of information; i.e parking, shuttle, meals. She was mumbling and I had to tell her to speak up and repeat. A gentlemen staff member was being cordial and told about the shuttle. I had to ask about parking situation. The later staff were a lot more friendly and even gave my granddaughter birthday wishes and a free snack. The room was comfortable but only 2 sets of towels, no microwave or comfortable...

"The apartment was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of hot water and good pressure in the shower. The customer service was amazing. I had a couple if issues, not with the accommodations, that were resolved immediately. Will definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Arlinton."
