"A place to sleep at. This is a room in a shared house. The room beard no resemblance to the picture on the site. You cannot gain access to your booked and paid for room until you have paid 15 pounds extra (for cleaning). I was literally made to stand in the rain while speaking to the person who is supposed to give me access to the room on the phone.I was literally bullied into either paying or just walk away.
