Villas in Arkadia

"Very easy to deal with and lovely stay at the unique property. It's located in a lovely part of Greece with the nearby town having loads of great shops and restaurants. The property was clean, well maintained and had loads of space for people to do their own thing. Well equipped to cater for yourself and some of the restaurants also did delivery. Couple of points: Mattresses are quite firm, some toppers available would be good. There was a couple of bedrooms listed that were not either available...

"We came in with our kids and grand kids and we enjoyed the villa immensely. The view from the villa is breath taking. We enjoyed the well maintained and quite large pool and the short drives to the nearby beaches. The kitchen is very well equipped for home cooking, which we did twice, and the taverns in the near village are excellent. All and all it was a memorable family gathering. "Wat een geweldig huis. We verbleven hier met 5 personen. Heel groot huis, de bovenverdieping met master bedroom is een juweeltje. Zalig terras om te ontspannen met een fantastisch uitzicht. De eerste dag was er een probleem met het water en kwam er amper water uit de douche. Maar.dat kan gebeuren, extreem droog en warm dit jaar. "This home was well maintained and spotless - the pool was lovely and the kitchen well stocked. Beds are comfortable and there is a lot of space! Short walk to both beach and Kalamata city center on a quiet street with plenty of parking - a car is a must in Kalamata to really explore! While there is air conditioning, it is limited to 24c (75 degrees) and gets quite warm at night. This is standard for pretty much everywhere in Kalamata and a lot of Greece, even resort hotels - but travelers from...

"Der Außenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten, im Schatten oder in der Sonne, ganz wie man mag, der grandiose Pool (Pooltiefe von 1,50m - 2,90m) und sogar eine Außentheke mit Kühlschrank machen das Ausspannen leicht. Kleiner Makel: die Küche nicht ganz so gut ausgestattet und fußläufig sind keine Geschäfte oder Lokale erreichbar. Trotzdem ist es für ein wunderbarer Ort für einen Urlaub."
