"Had a wonderful week in Surprise! My family and I were down visiting family and we decided to stay here since there wasn't enough room at my parents house. It was a great choice. The house was everthing the description laid out and more. Very clean, modern, in great condition. Location was convenient as well.Chelsea our property manager was very friendly, prompt in returning my texts and proactive. Overall a great experience and can't wait to book it again!Oh and the backyard - pool, hot tub and bbq area was awesome!"

Our family, which included 5 adults, 1 child, and our dog, came to town to surprise my grandparents, and this home was the perfect base for our trip. The house was incredibly well-equipped – it had everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to extra towels and even pet-friendly touches for our dog.The spacious kitchen and open family room were a huge hit with our family. We spent so much time together cooking, eating, and relaxing in the cozy living area. But the real highlight was the backyard. It was a beautiful, peaceful space where we could all unwind and enjoy the holiday season.I was initially hesitant about sleeping on a Murphy bed, but I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was!
