"This is a lovely home, in a clean and quiet neighborhood, in a very beautiful and well-maintained suburb of Phoenix. We stayed 5 days, 4 nights, while in town for a wedding, as a family of 8, and had everything we needed. Communication was top notch; very kind and responsive. I am sure I will be visiting the Phoenix area frequently to visit my son and his new wife, and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. "

"We had a great experience staying at this house over spring break. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house was clean well set up for large groups, giving lots of privacy and everybody their own bathroom. The pool was amazing. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the backyard. We hope to stay there again someday!"

"This place is a Wow. Very comfortable and clean in a nice neighborhood. Very well decorated. Kitchen has everything plus a cabinet filled with spices. Plenty of coffee pods. A case of water and welcome baskets.Definitely will return"

"This house was the cleanest house we have ever stayed at. Can not say enough great things. Pictures are as listed. The only down fall was not being told about the 40 a day heating of the pool and 15 a day heating of the hot tub u till we got there. I would still book this again! "

"We loved this house. We needed to rent a home to stay in that would accommodate large family dinners, and this was perfect. This week was about having our family together one last time before one of our family members passes (who is currently in hospice care due to cancer that is beyond treatment). So the great room and kitchen with a huge breakfast bar was perfect! The entire family commented on how great the house was for what we needed.A couple of things to note about the house - the primary bathroom has windows in the shower that are uncovered. We didn't think anything of it at first, until I noticed that the 2 story home next store has a lovely view of anyone showering from their second story windows. Also, the garage door was broken so not accessible. Just a couple of things to be aware of if they're important to you.We are giving it 5 stars because it truly is a great home! Kitchen was well stocked and the cabinets were all marked so you knew where everything was. Bed was comfortable, and there was enough room for our loved one to take naps whenever needed :) "
