"Our stay started out great. In the morning, we discovered the heat and hot water were out. The manager apologized and said someone was coming to fix the issue. It was a whole building problem. We ended up getting our room for one more night at a discount. After finding out we were gonna be in the area for another week (hospital stay) we ended up going back to the hotel and getting a room for the whole week! The desk clerks were amazing!
