"The people were so nice, like family. It is on the 6 floor of an office building and there are 5 steps to the elevator. It is above a Conad supermarket and a half block from the train station. Convenient to walk everywhere in town. The room was large. There was an outdoor patio, as an extension of the breakfast room, with spectacular views of the city. Great value."

"I had a wonderful time at the hotel. I arrived early and just expected to drop my bags, but they checked me in early and got me to the room. It was spacious, very much in style of the historic area, yet had lots of outlets for easy computer use and phone charging. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect--easy to get to from the train station and then to explore Arezzo and their wonderful museums and churches. A lovely time, and I will definitely stay here again when staying in Arezzo. Only negative--I couldn't figure out the rather complex shower! But it looks like it would be a great one."

"Where to begin? For starters this property is even more beautiful in person than in the incredible photos shown here. It is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. Many people had left helpful cooking ingredients. The location is perfect. We were right across the street from a multi-generational, family owned & operated pastry/coffee shop. The women who run it are lovely, and the food/coffee was so yummy we went there every day of our weeklong stay. We easily walked to delicious restaurants, a park with an incredible view, the Piazza Grande, and tons of great shops! (If you are shopping for leather goods, La Bottega del Cuoio should not be missed!) We cannot say enough good things about Stefano, the guest house’s host. Not only did he drive us to and from the train station, but he also took us grocery shopping. Stefano is kind, fun and very helpful. He even offers very reasonably priced guided day trips and can teach you how to cook as an Italian. He is a host with many talents! We highly recommend Stefano’s beautiful guest house! So much so, we will come back and rent it again!"

"Stayed here for 14 days. Generous space with lots of room for multiple guests. We didn't realize the villa was two separate units. This was unexpected as we thought there would be a central indoor staircase. We made it work but we did feel separate from each other. Eduardo brought us lovely treats from a local bakery a couple of times which was very kind. You definitely need a vehicle to stay here. While it says there are a few things in walking distance we felt the car was necessary. Unfortunately, our vacation was during bug season - mosquitos and bees so we weren't able to enjoy the outdoor areas or pool. A wonderful addition of mosquito netting around the outdoor eating area would have been most welcome to enjoy the natural space. The owners daughter most kindly assisted us with a rental car matter and we were most appreciative of her time and help."
