"The owner is kind, helpful, and the structure is very nice, BTW it was not clear at all why we couldn't take an hot shower in 2 days, no clear explanation, no real help for this,On the other hand the low internet signal is understandable. Arequipa is cold at night and in the early morning For 16 bucks por night hot water is a must. I was in a horrible hostel before, nearby this hotel, and we had hot shower twice"

"Overall a good property. However, it left a bitter aftertaste when we were demanded a cleaning fee of $15 for our short stay. It was unrelated to the condition of the property since we left it in very good conditions and the lady didn't even inspect it anyhow before insisting on us paying. Tip: This probably would have been avoided had we opted to pay for the stay through Expedia and not in person."

"This is a beautiful home in an excellent part of town. The street is quiet, but is within a short walking distance of the plaza. The room was clean and had a beautiful balcony. The water was hot at all times of the day. The breakfast consisted of bread, eggs and a bit of cheese, as well as hot tea and coffee. The host was extremely helpful and friendly. She provided a nice map of the city and gave us suggestions for tours and restaurants. "

"Horrible Horrible experience We arrived to Asvea inn at 11 pm with my parents 82 years old my daughter 11 and a friend very very tired Lady Nilla very rude opened doors , We were charged double for the rooms even though I showed her my receipt for expedia I had to pay 153.00 for both rooms we were so exhausted . 1 toilet paper 1 soap for a room for 3 people per room when we requested for more she said thats all she puts for room in a very very manners The breakfast that was offer was very poor...
