Loved the onsite restaurant, especially the sea bass in coconut sauce. The spa offers quality massages and wraps at very affordable prices. This is a magical place and I’ll definitely return! "

"Superb hotel! They had the kindest, most welcoming hotel staff I have ever encountered. We were warmly greeted with a welcome tea, and the lady at the front told us about the property and showed us around. There were two hot tubs, a cold plunge, and a steam room. The massage was great. Breakfast was included and had fresh fruit, eggs, little breads, juice, coffee. We also did a trail around the property and saw horses and a waterfall. The room was clean and cozy. Before our stay, the hotel helped us get a driver who picked us up from Quito and spent half a day showing us Cotopaxi and dropped us off at this hotel. Wish we had stayed another night here. "

"Loved my stay here, breakfast was excellent, also had lunch and dinner here because the kitchen makes some tasty and nutritious food. Just a note that this is a nature reserve in a hacienda, so the rooms smell woody and you can hear birds chirping in the morning, the perfect alarm clock. The staff are really friendly, from being responsive on whatsapp to greeting you and showing me around the property, they made me feel really welcomed! The walk around the nature reserve was also really nice, theres a great amount of biodiversity and birds to be found. Also got to feed the 2 llamas there. Would wish for more local soups and foods to be added to the menu. For example, encebollado soup would have been perfect on cold nights, or maybe even a Hornado roast for lunch just to try everything once again when I arrive in Ecuador. "

"Very quiet place with great service. The road to get there is not easy! But overall it helped our family relax with a fire place and great accommodation. Strongly recommended as in Ecuador the standards are not always consistent."

"Beautiful property, wirh great views of Cotopaxi from our room. Wonderful to have a wood stove in the room, as it's cold up there and the fire kept us toasty! Franklin was very friendly and helpful with all our needs. Food was surprisingly nice, especially the soups and fish. The property is very close to the entrance of the park. Do NOT follow Google maps in this atea, it's not just inaccurate, it's crazy wrong. There are signs posted telling you where to turn for this hotel. Trust thesigns, not Google. "
