Franklin was very friendly and helpful with all our needs. Food was surprisingly nice, especially the soups and fish. The property is very close to the entrance of the park. Do NOT follow Google maps in this atea, it's not just inaccurate, it's crazy wrong. There are signs posted telling you where to turn for this hotel. Trust thesigns, not Google. "

"In the middle of the jungle. Show doors can open to be emersed in the jungle. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of options and dinners were reasonably priced.We had a 2 bedroom suit which was very expensive. The grounds are amazing. Unforgetable experience. Friendly and accomodating staff."
