"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Not sure what the parking lot wasn't plowed though? We had lots of snow and it wasn't plowed from Monday through to Wednesday. Also not a major problem, but the toilet paper is rough. We love this hotel and have been guests there many times over the years."

"Close drive to slopes and town. Couldn't figure out the thermostat but got a hold of the homeowner who told us what to do. Couldn't find homeowners number but it was there so if that could be more easily noticed. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Nice place in a good location for us. We stayed over New Years Eve, and it was very cozy even though it was cold out. Big enough for family to stop by for the evening and spend some time. Quick drive to Letchworth to hike. Instant hot water heater is nice for showering. Electric blankets on the bed we loved also. Kitchen is a bit under stocked, but we ordered pizza and wings from Daryl's. Decor of Barn wood with early industrial fixtures fits the cottage well, the modern art is an interesting add. Jennifer was easy to work with and responsive. Overall, a good value and we would stay again."
