"This home was perfect for our family reunion. Great kitchen, comfy beds, a table big enough for all of us to eat together, and outdoor space to keep everyone happy. We range in age from almost 18 to almost 80, and everyone agreed that we should come back."

"We had a weekend stay to go skiing at Holiday Valley. No snow, so that was a bummer. Travel to the resort is 8.3 miles, about 15 minutes. The travel is so worth the privacy. Chalet was very nice..greaty layout with lots of room. Beautiful wrap around deck! Washer/dryer was great to have. Kitchen could've had a little better amenities. Outside was a little disappointing...cans and candy wrappers around; pond unkept; sleds just laying around; driveway could've used more stone (kinda muddy); chairs...

"This house is fabulous. The location is peaceful and serene,and walk-able to town. Its BIG, and has two separate living spaces. One on the main floor and one downstairs. Both spaces have full size gourmet kitchens. So it can comfortably fit two families-if needed. It's SPOTLESS, and stocked with amenities. Steve was a wonderful Host, he made sure we had everything we need. I would rent this house again, I loved it."

"Very clean property and house. The heating of the rooms is uneven; the upstairs bedrooms become very hot in the middle of the night even when you turn off the fireplaces. The lower bedroom was very cold. Almost all the time unless you left the fireplace burning. The stairs off of the deck going down to the yard could both use a safety railing to hold onto. My 91-year-old father had a very difficult time. Other than that the property is as listed and in very good condition. We also appreciated...

"What a great stay! We really appreciated the accessibility and great communication the host provided, in advance and as questions popped up during our trip. Beds were comfortable, unit was clean, and there was plenty of space for our large group to spread out. Only a mile from town, we were able to walk to the shops (on days we weren’t skiing). Would definitely stay here again."
