"The location is remote but I guess that is the porpoise of staying here near the park, actually walking distance from Perry’s entrance. The house was very clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a very enjoyable stay. The communication with owner was great even though we had no issues at all. There were some options for dinning around town and in the next town. I will strongly recommend this property. "

Its convenient location provides easy access to the more rural areas of Western New York, as well as proximity to the highway for trips into the city. I have consistently found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always clean and well-maintained. Additionally, I have had no issues with the Wi-Fi, and the desk in my room has been comfortable for working when needed. Notably, during the Christmas of 2022, I was unexpectedly snowed in at the hotel. The staff handled the situation exceptionally well, implementing measures to ensure everything remained under control and finding creative ways to entertain the children. I always look forward to returning to this hotel during my visits to Western New York."
