Bathroom has both tub and shower options and has excellent toiletaries and makes etc. The breakfasts both Japanese and Western are top notch. We had an amazing stay here. Highly recommended."

"Excellent location as we took Hankyu train from Osaka and Kintetsu train to Nara. Karasuma subway entrance was right at front of Hotel. Next door was the Nishijin Museum and downstairs was Starbucks! Staff was so helpful, especially with sending luggage by courier service. "

"The hotel was nice, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful too. My only criticism was the noise in and around the hotel from other guests which did affect my sleep somewhat as the building has quite low sound proofing between rooms due to the building. If you are a light sleeper, this is something to consider, otherwise a great hotel and location."

"The staff was excellent and so helpful. The location is perfect to catch the 207, 202, 208 bus to multiple temples, shopping districts, and other tourist spots. It's very close to Kyoto station and was convenient to take the Shinkassen bullet train to Tokyo. The buffet breakfast was excellent offering Japanese and western food. The quality and quantity of the food was excellent. Overall extremely satisfied and of course will stay here again next time in Kyoto. "
