"The properly is specious for 4 to 5 people. However need some maintenance. Like fixing the Microwave that is not working or the rusty bathroom basin. The outdoor sitting in the back of the properly is not maintained at all. The gravel driveway is very dusty and the dust comes in the property with the shoes. "Beautiful treehouse inside and out! We stayed during freezing weather and it was still cozy and accommodating. Sweet animals on the property greeted us and made it so special. Super close to all our Waco activities."

"My partner and I spent three days on the property. We needed a few days of R&R and we loved spending our time here. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The place had everything we needed. The owner was responsive and communicated timely with helpful information and resources for our stay. We did venture out to Waco a bit and the distance was just right. We hope to stay again soon!"

"Such a beautiful little shack and an amazing view. Everything is super clean and the beds are very comfortable I would just suggest maybe some extra blankets on hand! Has a mini fridge, coffee maker, even a toaster. This was a great stay for a small family like ours. "

"This is a very pleasant rustic cabin. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. I live in the middle of a big city, and I was able to see the stars at night which was super pleasant. I have not seen the stars in ages. It was winter, and with no leaves on the trees, we could glimpse the lake.
