"The cabin itself was great - as described and very clean. Would have rated it 5 stars if there was a walkway to and lighting on the entry door upon arrival. It felt a bit unsafe as the stairs were wet and covered with leaves and we couldn’t easily see where we were going. These concerns would likely not be as big a deal for a day time arrival. Once in the house we found a switch for an exterior flood light, which was perfect for the remaining nights of our stay. Would definitely stay here again....

"A beautiful secluded place with a beautiful pond to fish, kayak, and just relax near. A great setup for a fire by the pond. The host was quick to respond and easy to communicate with as well. And the house was very clean also!"

"Cozy cabin in a tranquil setting. Located within a vineyard and on a pond. Outside setting faced the pond and was an excellent place for coffee and evening cocktails. Beautiful location within easy commute to Chapel Hill, Durham, and surrounding area."

"This was such a great getaway for the weekend. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hosts were easy to contact and answered all my questions. Great way to learn about living off grid, showering in an outdoor stall and using a composting toilet. If you need to keep some food cold or frozen I suggest bringing some ice. They provided a small cooler. Overall great experience."
