"What an AMAZING WOODEN SHOE TREASURE TO SPEND CHRISTMAS WITH FAMILY! This is an ideal place to have a family reunion. They even had a toy closet for the kids. The teens enjoyed the pond and roasting marshmallows on the fire pit. "

"This was such a great getaway for the weekend. Everything was clean and well maintained. The hosts were easy to contact and answered all my questions. Great way to learn about living off grid, showering in an outdoor stall and using a composting toilet. If you need to keep some food cold or frozen I suggest bringing some ice. They provided a small cooler. Overall great experience."

"The rescue farm and cottage are lovely, and made for a very peaceful getaway. The location is very convenient to Benson, and locale provides lovely areas to walk and enjoy nature."

"We were in town for my son's graduation at Campbell. The cabin was 5 minutes from campus. We loved staying there. Unfortunately, we will probably never be back in the area, but if we are, we will definitely stay again."

"Our family stayed here for thanksgiving. It was perfect! Great kitchen to cook the big meal! Comfy beds and towels! Highly recommended the cabin in a great neighborhood. We will be back!"

"The only issue is that it needs a full size refrigerator. Mini refrigerator just isn’t enough. And needed more than 1towel ….other than that it was great!"

"Just a little miss communication about the check in process, but that got resolved quickly. The property was roomy and well supplied. My families 4 toddlers had a fantastic time playing in the upstairs kids play room for hours. We used the overhead projector to entertain the kids with a childrens movie. If there had been a safety gate at the top of the stairs it would have been absolutely perfect."

"Great space for a group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Large kitchen. Updated. Not as clean as we had hoped, but Chris was great about it and quick to respond. We have stayed previously at this house with no issues. Great amenities for a group. Hope to stay again in the future. "
