"Our stay in this house was wonderful. Francesco, the owner, is a dynamic and warm person who is easy to deal with and always available if you need him. He helped us with dinner reservations, cabs and connected us to the most amazing tour guide in Milan. He provided a chef for breakfasts and for several dinners. "We are just back from a wonderful break at the villa in early May 2024. The villa is better than the listing shows as they have refurbished since the photos were taken. Very clean and comfortable with full amenities. We had beautiful weather so were able to really enjoy the gorgeous outdoor areas and a dip in the lake. We really enjoyed a peaceful week, mainly hanging out at the villa."

"There were no surprises when we arrived and checked out the house. It was very thoughtful that there were some food items for our arrival. Everything worked fine and the owner was responsible for a couple of maintenance issues. The yard lights did not come on the last two nights and we missed them. Getting around the area by walking is a little sketchy because the roadway is narrow. We found the ferry stop 10 minutes from the house very convenient."

"Beautiful home with two gorgeous terraces. The shower is a bit tight but the main bathroom is overall very nice. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it’s not terrible you just need to orient yourself in the area because there is lots of parking a very short walk from the property. Angelo is an amazing host. Live like a local at this villa!"

"The property is beautiful! The rooms are large and each has a bathroom- all were very clean. The pool is lovely and view from the pool is the sunset- all outdoor spaces have views, as do all of the rooms. The design and decor are also lovely. There are two separate office/public spaces in the villa in case some members of your party need to work remotely. "Less than 5 minutes walk from metro station. Hotel was bright, clean, well maintained and quiet. Good size room and bathroom. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Area around the hotel doesn’t look very nice but only ever saw people walking their dogs or going into the market opposite the hotel so always felt safe. "
