"The staff are most helpful!"

"My first time in Korea and I couldn’t have asked for a better location! EVERYONE was very helpful and hospitable. The hotel was located in a very central area-close to restaurants, transportation, and city life in Seoul. I felt very safe because there were police officers everywhere-especially at night. The ONLY glitch of the hotel was the shower curtain could be washed or replaced because it omitted a slight mildewy smell, but that’s it. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel is about 15 minutes from the Myeongdong Street Market/Food Street. There are a lot of good food around the area as well. The staff is super nice and extremely helpful. Whenever I needed something to be clarified or translated, they would assist and call or help look up different things/places for me. They provide a luggage delivery to the airport if need be as well as help look for transportation for you. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Had an exceptional stay at L'escape. The design and ambience of the hotel and suite is one of a kind. Not to mention the size of the suite is very large compared to the hotels around Seoul. The staff are also so professional and attentive. Location wise, it's conveniently located central to the landmarks and Myong Dong. Definitely will return! "

"We had such great experiences to stay at this hotel. All staffs were very helpful to answer our questions & fulfill our reasonable requests. I have two constructive suggestions: #1. Expand the laundry room with more washing machines & dryers. #2. Enhance the front desk staffs’ knowledge on hotel tax refund. The hotel will need to provide the tax refund form to get the refund at the airport. However, the staffs only mentioned that the airport staff would have helped without providing me the the hotel stay tax refund form. I failed to get the tax refund at the airport because of this ><."
