The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the on-site cook went above and beyond—staying after hours to prepare a warm dinner for me and my friend when we arrived late. The owner, originally from Cleveland, Ohio, brings a personal touch that makes you feel at home. The property includes a charming small farm with ponies, llamas, chickens, bunnies, and ducks, plus beautiful grounds perfect for a quiet hike. Our spacious room was peaceful, with huge closets and plenty of comfort. We couldn’t have been more pleased. Highly recommended!"

"The staff were incredibly friendly. The good was very good. They provided transportation to and from the airport. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport and about 40 minutes from the city of Quito (without traffic). There isn't much to do in the area of the hotel, but the hotel does have many things to do (pool, lawn games, pickleball etc)."
