"The front desk staff were friendly. The free breakfast was good value for the price of the room. The room itself was a bit dated, but the lodge is conveniently located near the park. Tip: buy groceries before heading to Bryce National Park, as options nearby are limited."

"This little place was perfect! My 18 year old enjoyed the gym. The laundromat was terrific and worked wonderfully. There were several terrific places to enjoy my morning coffee with a view. We enjoyed The Pizza Place and breakfast right next door inside the Sinclair. It was easy commutes to both Bryce and Willis Creek/Kodachrome. My only "complaint" was that the rooms are super tiny but the weather was great so we didn't need to spend much time inside. The staff was super friendly. Having a restaurant right on the property is fantastic and we enjoyed both the food and the music. It was chilly, so the pool and hot tub were not open yet but that looked great. I would definitely stay here again, and will recommend it to my friends!"

"We were on an 11-day Southwestern trip through Arizona and Utah, and this property in Tropic, Utah, with a view of Bryce Canyon National Park from our front patio was by far our favorite. One of the owners, Kasey, was welcoming and helpful, with easy check in. We stayed in one of the new cottages and we absolutely loved it with finally a hotel with proper lighting, beautiful picture windows, an inviting comfortable living room complete with a fireplace, refrigerator and microwave as well as a table for dining. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of space with a sizeable shower and places to put stuff. The coffee place on the property made excellent flat white coffee for my husband, something he discovered and fell in love with on our trip to Australia earlier this year. The breakfast selections are ample and delicious! Our only complaint was that the bedroom TV didn't work. We reported it and the owner said he would look into it. Bottom line, I highly recommend this property!!!"

"It was definitely a very unique place to stay especially since it is so extremely dark. I was a bit surprised to have to pay $15 to look through a telescope for a few minutes; I believe this should be an included amenity since the nightly rate is already pricy. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. I'm glad there was a dining option because you are in a pretty remote location."
