"3 hours delay for check in, no any facility such as fridge, tv, dryer, drinking water etc in the room. Staff never gave me permission to use fridge and washing machine in lobby for using so rude and awful. I booked and paid for 3 nights but I stayed just for two nights because was so scary and nightmare. I booked this hotel because the review ratings was good but unfortunately was awful experience."

I particularly like the fitness center’s hiking activities. Each guide was well-experienced and caring. And the room service daily is also impeccable. The spa is also fantastic, the package is a great deal, love the tranquility is highly appreciated at the spa.
