"3 hours delay for check in, no any facility such as fridge, tv, dryer, drinking water etc in the room. Staff never gave me permission to use fridge and washing machine in lobby for using so rude and awful. I booked and paid for 3 nights but I stayed just for two nights because was so scary and nightmare. I booked this hotel because the review ratings was good but unfortunately was awful experience."

"Host was most helpful, as our flight arrived in the evening, she organized a taxi to meet us at the airport, as we probably would not have found the place. She also gave us some dinner, as we had nothing with us. The next morning she had a car rental company bring us a car, she also had fresh fruits in the morning as she knew we still had no groceries.
