We only saw one member of staff during our stay but he couldn't have been more helpful, and the apartment itself was a great size and perfect for our family of four (loft room). Highly recommend!"

"It was a nice room. I thought I booked a canal view but it was street view. The room had some smell once I got inside. But then after I kept the balcony door open for a bit, it was gone and no more smell in the evening. The location is very central. So, I didn’t use any means of transportation, as I walked everywhere. They offer free tea/coffee at the dining area on the GF level. It’s a small boutique hotel. There’s no lift, so, accessibility may be an issue. I’d recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel is located just around the corner from one of the archways to the old town. You will find lots of restaurants just steps away from the hotel entrance. The hotel is in an old building, so there's no elevator. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was quite spacious as well. A hair dryer was provided which was a plus. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was one of the most quiet places we stayed during our two weeks travel in France and Switzerland. We didn't hear any...

"Anncey is an beautiful place. This hotel is located in a convienent location, not far from the train station, shops and the lake. It is a was a little expensive, there is better value in Anncey. The hotel was clean, staff very helpful, but the decoration was a bit dated."
