"Wayside Inn in Ellicott City, MD is a beautiful 18th century home. The owner / host is great. We stayed on the third floor. Even though it is very close to a freeway, we were not bothered by any noise. The food was delicious. Our group of three had a small separate dining room to ourselves. The home is charming and full of period pieces, but bathrooms have been modernized and the beds were very comfortable. This was much more fun than being in a hotel. Definitely worth checking out. "

"The apartment was spotless. Tastefully decorated. Bedrooms are at the back of the apartment away from street noise. Ten minute walk to the Brookland Metro (and Saturday Farmer's Market). There was always a parking spot on 12th Street and the location made access to other neighborhoods by car or Uber simple. Host was a delight to work with. Immediate responses to questions.
