"Good location, functional, beach house. Worked well for 3 generations aged 2.5y to 63y. Cleaners & maintenance need an overall - too many missed spots eg messy, smelly day bed (is this for pets or humans?) fridge, (smelly seafood on ice left), leaking taps in ground floor bathroom, all carpets stained, cleaners dumped previous guests' rubbish, cleaning equipment in bag into yellow bin (big no no). We cleaned the fridge, sorted the yellow bin and vacuumed the house before we moved in. Once...
