"The staff was absolutely amazing. They were very carrying compassionate. They were always greeting me,and always on top of everything I needed. They went above and beyond every time and under the circumstances, I wasn’t there for vacation. I was there to take my granddaughter home from the hospital because she Has cancer and she is terminal she’s only one years old. They generally cared and took time to make sure that everything I needed they got for me and again they were so understanding and compassionate wonderful place. I’ll never forget the kindness that they showed me. oh, and also the restaurant staff was actually amazing too. Thank you again. I meant the world to me to have a safe comfortable place to stay during this time"

"The female manager was very nice. It is odd the hotel does not offer bottled water in their rooms nor does it sell regular bottled water. I confirmed this with a front desk gentlemen. I had seen the female manager give a guest two bottled waters. I inquired the next night as they only had carbonated water in the marketplace to sell. The gentlemen told me they did not have any bottled water to sell or give. I will stay at this hotel again as overall it is very nice and a good price for what you get. "

"There updating very clean it nice and helpful real close to u of m hospital was easy to get there the decor was excellent with michigan playing with balloons and banners were up"
