"Just booked one night’s stay. The wing that our room was in was fairly cold and the heater was not on when we first went in. We turned on the heating unit and had to leave the room while it heated up. Even the bathroom was cold. It did heat up nicely during the night. One nice surprise was that one of the hotel staff cleaned the snow off our car in the morning. It left us with a good impression!"
