"Unfortunately my stay was not a happy one. The breakfast was a complete joke, the service was appalling and I was woken up at 11:30pm by two members of staff demanding I settle my bill the night before I was due to leave. I’ve been staying in the hotel for years as I do a track day at Folembray every July, however I’ll never be staying there again and certainly wouldn’t recommend it. "The whole trip should be planned around your dinner and champagne sampling at this beautiful property. Everything, especially the history, is fabulous, but the food elevates the experience to an out-of-body experience. The staff is incredible, and I really appreciated the tour and the appreciation for so much history at the chateau. "

"Had everything we needed. Great bar, nice atmosphere and very friendly staff in the restaurant. They left me a Happy Birthday note as well which was very kind. Great stop when travelling from Alps back to UK. Will use again, I’m sure "

"Logos du Paris is in a beautiful location opposite the Cathedral. They have a restaurant where we dined, thankfully it was open on Sunday evening as many restaurants in this region are not. Delicious food with excellent and friendly service. We would definitely return to explore this beautiful town."
