"This resort is a gem for several reasons. The condos are clean and the beds comfortable. It is isolated and therefore very quiet and serene. The beech is beautiful...Soft sand with no large rocks or coral to contend with. The water is shallow, so safe for younger children. The restaurant is very good, so no need to travel for a meal. The pool is very nice."

"What an amazing place. BVI is truly a magical destination and Cane Garden Bay Beach Hotel is no exception. The fully functional kitchen made things easy. The restaurant on-site is wonderful. Get the conch chowder, take in the sunset views and enjoy a cocktail. The service, top notch. Breakfast provided - muffins, cereal, bagels, breads, coffee, juices etc. Everything was just perfect. Views, service, beds, housekeeping, robes, balcony, cable tv, walkability to all things Cane Garden. Truly a remarkable experience. Thank you for everything! "I have been looking forward to this trip for a year and it did not disappoint! Having a place directly on the beach with gorgeous snorkeling steps away from the house was absolutely amazing! No need to wait for my teenagers to be motivated to get ready/get in the car/go somewhere else; when I wanted to be in the water, I could just step outside and swim. It was delightful and eliminated so much schedule stress that can happen on a family trip. The sunsets were stunning! We had great weather, and the water was calm almost every single day. Loved watching the pelicans and gulls right outside. The beds were comfortable and it was wonderful having A/C in the bedrooms. You definitely want to rent a four-wheel-drive or all wheel drive - the roads are steep and a little tricky, but honestly, we barely left the house because we had so much beauty directly in front of us. We brought some food with us and had the rest delivered from the local grocery store and made great use of the kitchen and gas grill. I could have saved some room in my luggage and not packed snorkeling fins - they had a great selection of gear available to use. I’m already planning when we can go back. Such a magical vacation!"

"Everything was great. Loved the customer service from all the front desk representatives; all 3 of them were really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The room was so spacious and the balcony with the view was amazing. Great location near downtown. The only downfall was the WiFi; was unpredictable; didn’t work on my balcony or by the pool and streaming was inconsistent. I think though that this might be an “island thing;” I don’t know. "

"Everything about the property, the service, the communication, the villa, the views, the attention to detail, was PERFECTION!! The pictures on the website are great, but they do not do it justice. The views and the vibe are hard to describe with words. The place is heaven!! There were 6 of us, Mom, Dad, 2 adult kids and their significant others and we all felt the same, just a phenomenal experience. The villa exceeded our expectations, every bedroom had a balcony and an ocean view, as well as an air conditioner. The kitchen was fully equipped, we ate "in" a lot just because it was so hard to leave. The linens, towels, etc., where all super nice. Ben (owner) and his son Zebedee were super responsive. They helped with the transfers, rental car, chef, online groceries, etc. We also spent many days at the beach next to the villa (walking distance) & we had the entire beach to ourselves, it was amazing. We have stayed at other villas on Tortola and there is no way you can beat this place..........it's AMAZING!! "

"We loved staying here. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and so nicely decorated and landscaped. Such a great breeze on the deck and the view is spectacular. Jeremy was very helpful with recommendations of places to see. We would love to stay here again."
