Stylish, newly renovated and upgraded Beach house steps from the water

Our 2 bedroom house has recently been remodeled and upgraded to include new windows, new kitchen, all new furniture and fixtures, additional amenities and air conditioning in all bedrooms. The master suite opens on to a newly extended balcony with seating area and fire pit to enjoy the views of the surrounding islands. The outside area includes teak loungers and dining furniture and a tropical garden adjacent to the beach.
The house comfortably sleeps 4 people in two double rooms. If your group is larger please let us know the ages to see if the property fits your group.

Beautiful Location
The location of this property is stunning! The pelican "show" was fun to watch every day. Its a bit of an adventure getting to the property (especially when it rains!) but no problem with 4wd vehicle. Easy drive to Cane Garden Bay, Long Bay Beach and Smugglers Cove.

We enjoyed our stay so much we almost never left to explore the rest of the island. Wonderful snorkeling steps from the house, beautiful beach (almost deserted), wonderful host & house manager. All around great experience.

Amazing Experience
We couldn't be happier with our experience the Beach House. Steps away from the ocean, we spent most of our time either paddle boarding or snorkeling. We took our 2 small children (6&4) and they had the best time of their lives. We can't wait to go back.

The setting on the beach was superb. The house, appliances, and linens were quality and comfortable.
Chris and Judy (owners) communicate very well and promptly. The house could not be better. Peace, privacy, view snorkeling out front steps. We are already talking about when we can return.

House is Amazing, its Location Divine!
If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this house will not disappoint! Beachfront in beautiful Brewer's Bay. You have the beach essentially all to yourself. We did not book other activities, and after getting to this house we were so glad, because we didn't want to leave. House is well equipped with all essentials for living and enjoying the beach. Chairs, cooler, paddleboards are all included. We had such a relaxing vacation, we cannot wait to go back to Brewers Bay House!

Secluded Beachfront Getaway
The setting for Brewers Bay Beach House is fantastic! The stay offers the ultimate in seclusion with a beach that is practically your own. The balcony and the patio offer two great vantage points for gazing at the beautiful view over the bay with awesome sunsets. Mobbsie, the property manager, is wonderful. He helped us out twice with rental car and transportation issues. We'd have been lost without him. We've booked for next year!

Perfect Honeymoon Stay
Judy's place was great for our honeymoon, and we really appreciated a special welcome gift! The house was just as pictured, even though the photos of the view don't do it justice. We were able to relax and enjoy time on the water with the provided SUPs and floats, and see some gorgeous sunsets. The property manager, Mobbsie, was very communicative and helped us get settled in with all of the instructions we needed. As noted, you will need a 4WD vehicle to get around the island :)

Hidden treasure on the beach!
We just spent the most relaxing week on Tortola in this really special rental that is directly on the beach! My husband and I spent the entire visit enjoying all the house has to offer. We had groceries delivered before we arrived and only left the house two times to pick up a couple of items at the Riteway in Road Town. As others have said, driving on Tortola isn't for everyone. Fortunately, Mobbsie met us when we arrived and we followed him to the house. Would definitely recommend this rental!

As Good as it Gets
Half way through our stay, someone in our group remarked about the house, location, and view, “I’m not sure what could get any better.” Its true. This is a great house at an amazing location. As advertised if not even better…. The access roads are steep and not for the faint of heart, but that is one of the reasons why the house and adjacent beach are so wonderfully remote. There is really no reason to leave, but we did pull ourselves away for a day trip to the Baths and Soggy Dollar Bar. Highly recommend. We hope to be back, sooner rather than later.

BEAUTIFUL!
Stop looking and book this property!! Amazing location, impeccably clean, all the needed items, excellent bedding and linens and did I mention the location. AC in the bedrooms makes for comfortable sleeping. Swim just a few feet from the bottom of the stairs on a beach you will usually have to yourselves. Be sure to get a four or all wheel drive. A few times down the road and you will be fine. Expansive and well appointed outdoor areas make lounging amazing. We will be back!!

Great House and Beach.... Amazing!
Judy's Brewers Bay Beach House was amazing! Even better than the great reviews! The house was perfect for my wife, 16 year old son, and me. It is a beautiful 2-story right on the beach. The time spent relaxing on the front porch both will be remembered forever (wish I was still there...) The small fenced in yard is picturesque. The water is calm and beautiful with gentle waves washing up on rocks in front of the house. The beach is amazing. We had it to ourselves other than the friendly neighbors out for a daily walk or the occasional fisherman. The drive to Cane Garden Bay and Rode Town were easy for the restaurant/bars and shopping. Island Time provided a great rental car. Mr. Green's taxi was a great help to and from the airport. And Mobsie was a great host and very responsive. We have traveled extensively in the Carribean and this was our third trip to the Virgin Islands...This house and island are right at the top of our list! Amazing house, beach and island!

Ideal Setting to unwind
We stayed at the Beach House for the week before Christmas with our two college age daughters. We all were coming from busy lives and really needed a chance to unwind and be together as a family. This was the ideal setting for that...we ordered our provisions to be delivered to the house (which was seamless) and arrived to a stocked refrigerator and pantry to begin our vacation. Having arrived at the house after dark to wake up to the view from the master bedroom was nothing short of spetacular. We enjoyed every minute of the amazing blue waters of Brewers Bay. The girls loved to use the stand up paddle boards, we floated on noodles in the small surf, we snorkeled the reef right off the front of the property. Afternoon games and tropical drinks on the outdoor covered dining table and then home-cooked dinners al fresco. We rented a car and a boat through Island Tim Rentals (recommended by Judy) and they were fantastic to work with...easy to drive to Nanny Cay and pick up our boat and spend a day on the water island hopping and snorkeling. Judy and Chris and Mobbsie the caretaker were all so incredibly helpful and communicative. It was a dream vacation for all of us and we will definitely look to return!

Best Vacation House Ever!
My wife, twin 17 year old daughters, and small dog, Buddy, had one of our best vacations in large part due to this beautiful house, its incredible oceanfront location, and the super helpful hosts. The hosts, Judy and Chris, replied immediately to all our questions ahead of our arrival, and as a result our rental car was waiting for us when we arrived at the Road Town ferry terminal, our refrigerator and pantry were fully stocked with items we purchased online, and the BVI govt veterinarian was waiting at the ferry terminal to do a final certification approval for Buddy. Mobbsie, the house manager, also met us at the ferry terminal and lead us to the house - the roads as others have pointed out do take some getting used to - but we found that our Waze app worked fine - and in short order we knew our away around this wonderful island. Situated right on a beautiful, but little used beach, we had morning and evening walks on the beach, snorkeled and rented some diving equipment that was delivered to the house. The house is beautifully appointed and comes with everything we needed. The AC and fans in the bedrooms made our nights very comfortable, and the Wifi allowed our graduate student to do some studying when she wasn't in the water or playing on the beach with Buddy. Sincere thanks to Judy and Chris and their lovely family who we had the good fortune to encounter at random times throughout our stay.

Luxury Paradise Found!
LOVE the beach house at brewers bay! Words cannot express how fantastic this rental is… safe, clean, gorgeous private beach as your front yard— it’s just you and the birds! Every now and then you’ll meet the kind neighbors and their dogs or you’ll see someone who found this secluded spot— but not for very long. The house is well-appointed. Beds and bath are comfortable. AC in the bedrooms are clutch! My friend and I switched rooms halfway through so we could both enjoy the views from the bedroom haha. The other room is just as nice however. Kitchen and home is well-stocked. Porch furniture is relaxing. Communication was timely and helpful. We love it so much we’re going back! Pro-tips: get a 4WD. The roads are rocky and narrow, especially if you’re not used to mountainous terrain. However. it is soooo worth it! And if you want to minimize trips out, there’s grocery and provisions delivery! Also, if the bugs are drawn to you like they are me. bring extra repellent. If you’re looking for a serene, peaceful vacation with tremendous views of the ocean, calm and clear snorkeling, this is YOUR paradise! I can’t wait to go back.

#1 BEST HOUSE & EXPERIENCE ON TORTOLA
This past winter we had the opportunity to escape COVID and the cold of the northeast USA. Judy & Chris' Brewers Bay Beach House couldn't have been a more perfect choice. We booked 5 weeks, extended twice, and ultimately stayed for almost 10 weeks. We traveled all the islands of the BVI and I can promise you there is NO BETTER HOUSE OR LOCATION. It sounds overly dramatic but staying here was truly life changing. From opening the bedroom curtains every morning and seeing diving Pelicans with Jost Van Dyke in the distance, to the crystal blue waters and coral reefs of Brewers Bay, to the incredible nearly private beach, we were blown away from day 1 and never EVER got tired of it nor took it for granted. For our family of 4 (kids 13 and 9 yrs old shared a room with two twin beds) + 1 small dog, we had an excellent amount of space. The house is very private and gated -- we never felt even remotely unsafe. Judy was an amazing, responsive owner. She went above and beyond with things like car rental recommendations, securing desks for the kids to use for remote learning and helping us with internet (no major issues, just needed a slight upgrade for all the school Zooms). This was the #1 best travel experience I (we) have ever had. We will never forget our time at Brewers Bay Beach House and, while there a million places to visit in this world, we would absolutely come back one day. You will love every minute of your stay!

Perfect Setting
We've stayed at many rentals over the years, but this has to be one of the best, if not the best, locations we have ever stayed. Beyond the spectacular views (oh, those sunsets!), the beach itself was basically ours for the week. Aside from the occasional visit from a local fisherman or someone walking their dog or taking a quick dip in the ocean, this beautiful beach was private. And, you are only steps to your rental if anything is needed...like maybe a cool adult beverage! The rental itself had wonderful outdoor spaces. We loved the hanging chairs! And the bedrooms are air conditioned...this is a major plus as it could get stuffy if not for the AC. The road down to the rental is not ideal and certainly not for the faint of heart, but plenty of people have done it so....we decided to truly relax and not be stressed about the roads, so we canceled our rental car and used a wonderful taxi service for the week..Ferrol's Taxi Service (highly recommend Frank's company). We had provisions brought in by Riteway and enjoyed simple meals at home using the kitchen's stove or the outside grill. We ate al fresco every evening with the best view on the island! We did go to Quito's Gazebo one night for dinner and it was awesome! And Frank took us to the West End ferry one morning, which we took over to Jost. Brewer's Bay is probably one of the prettiest beaches in Tortola...so do yourself a favor, book this place and plan to enjoy the beautiful water and views all to yourself.

Absolute dream!
The location of this house absolutely cannot be beat! We had a jam packed itinerary planned, but nothing compared to the private beach and convenience of the house, so most days we chose to stay and enjoy the house. Truly, the most stunning house on the most beautiful, calm beach. We all had a blast snorkeling, paddle boarding, building sand castles, and the house was perfect for traveling with 2 young children (7 and 10). Every single morning, we couldn’t believe the stunning view we woke up to!

Delightful Stay on Brewers Bay
We loved our stay on Brewers Bay! The location and views are great! The only downside to staying on the water is the bugs. A/C units worked well and kept us cool inside. Mobbsie was great to work with and went above and beyond to help us when our crappy car from Avis broke down on us at the ferry port. Thanks for a great stay!

Paradise Part II
This was our second time staying at the Brewer's Bay Beach House with our two teenage daughters and our small dog, and everything about it - location, size, creature comforts, host and property manager continue to be wonderful. The consistently helpful and friendly property manager assisted with the delivery of groceries before our arrival, and the house was in pristine condition. The house's location on the beautiful beach is an incredible asset, and except to go scuba diving and shop in Road Town, everything we wanted to do to relax - take walks on the beach, snorkel, paddle board - were steps away.The host, Judy, and her family could not be more friendly and responsive. We feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to vacation here again.
