"Myself and a college stayed in the apartment for 3 nights. As soon as we checked in we realised we had not been provided with any towels We requested towels each day, several times a day. Dispite our efforts for the full 3 days no towels were provided. I have been working here in Budapest for 6 months now and never have I experienced such poor service in all my time here."

The building is right in the middle of everything within walking distance to all tourist places, excellent restaurants, etc. the only thing I would encourage is to have better firmer pillows.
