"We had ordered a taxi from the hotel to the airport. Confirmation was received. After waiting at the airport I contacted the hotel to be told the person had obviously forgot to order the taxi. We then got an Uber for 11820 HUF. Arriving at the hotel the staff gave us a warm welcome and complimentary drink for the inconvenience. The room was really nice and bathroom clean. However the piece of toblorone found in the bedroom prevented me awarding a 5 star. The breakfast was good. Good choice of...

Gym equipment not well maintained (stationary bike and elliptical); no cleaning equipment, unlike every other gym I’ve ever been to! Floor mats not clean. Sauna out of order- disappointing! Day reception staff were great and the breakfast was really worth having, delicious and the staff were attentive and helpful.
