The two main bedrooms are a good size with access to a lovely terrace. The outside area is the star of the show with the amazing views and a pretty garden. Marco is the most friendly and accommodating host and provided lots of information concerning the local beaches, towns and restaurants. Andora beach and promenade is just 5 minutes walk down the hill - and 10...

"Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem wirklich super ausgestattetem Ferienhaus. Alles, was wir brauchten, war auch vorhanden. Es gab eine fantastische Pizzeria direkt um die Ecke und auch die Strandlinie war fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Two families stayed the long weekend here with 3 kids 10, 10, 8. It was beautiful and well kept, perfect little gem with a big property, covered semi heated pool and all the things you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed the sun, pool, gorgeous outdoor dinners and view. Very cool indoors at night. The host was so welcoming and booked us dinner 5 min away one night. Alassio is 15 min away down the windy road so convenient enough for a beach day and shopping in town. Easy parking. Just a perfect...

"Leider hatten wir das Inserat nicht genau genug gelesen bzw. etwas missverstanden. Wir haben aufgrund unserer Such "Rosella" angezeigt bekommen und gebucht. Vor Ort haben wir dann festgestellt, dass es sich dabei um eine Wohnung in einem 3-Appartment-Haus handelt. Die Bilder, die dem Inserat begefügt sind, zeigen Ansichten aus allen 3 Wohnungen. Auch war uns nicht klar, dass sich der Pool im Garten des Vermieters befindet und die Teilabdeckung dauerhaft ist. Aber wir hatten Glück - die anderen...

"Villa Anka is a litlle bit difficult to find as this address is not on google maps.The location is really in the sky, good for hiking. Not so convenient to go down to the sea as the road is really difficult, steep and narrow. The house is older, but still fine. Great collection of music - 60s, 70s- we really liked that. Unfortunatelly no free wifi. The view from the balcony was awsome."

"Unfortunately the maintenance was very neglected, several things either didn’t work, were of poor quality, or old and dirty. Having to deal with repairs during your vacation is a real pain and waste of your time. The property is very dangerous for children as well as the elderly. Three is no grill outdoors (just a stone pit), there is a stairway with no railing (can you imagine?!?), home is located on a nameless dirt road high up a winding mountain which is a real pain having to go into town...

"Everything was exactly as the listing describes. The views and the kitchen drew us to this listing, what we found in real life was so much better in person. First, we met Alessandro who met us in person and introduced us to the place and how it works. That was very helpful. He gave us very good recommendations, all of which were excellent! "The property is beautiful and the setting is stunning with amazing views out to sea. Be prepared for the 15 min drive up small mountain roads from Alassio, lots of blind corners and hair-pin bends which mean you don’t pop out for milk etc easily. The property manager is on site and is helpful if you need beach or shopping suggestions. The facilities at the property are good and our children (8,11,13) loved the pool. There is however a lot of concern from the property manager about noise...

"We spent almost a week here with four persons. My spouse, a friend and his little daughter. We had a great time. Enjoyed the beautiful surrounding and terrace of the villa. I can recommend the place!"
