"Two families stayed the long weekend here with 3 kids 10, 10, 8. It was beautiful and well kept, perfect little gem with a big property, covered semi heated pool and all the things you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed the sun, pool, gorgeous outdoor dinners and view. Very cool indoors at night. The host was so welcoming and booked us dinner 5 min away one night. Alassio is 15 min away down the windy road so convenient enough for a beach day and shopping in town. Easy parking. Just a perfect...

"Villa Anka is a litlle bit difficult to find as this address is not on google maps.The location is really in the sky, good for hiking. Not so convenient to go down to the sea as the road is really difficult, steep and narrow. The house is older, but still fine. Great collection of music - 60s, 70s- we really liked that. Unfortunatelly no free wifi. The view from the balcony was awsome."

The views are wonderful, and the things to do in Alassio include great food, fun at the beach, a wonderful town to explore, and a great atmosphere to enjoy. The owners were great hosts. They helped us get settled in, and were very responsive to any questions we had. I recommend this home to anyone who wants to get to know the Italian Riviera. We can’t wait to go back!"

"Unfortunately the maintenance was very neglected, several things either didn’t work, were of poor quality, or old and dirty. Having to deal with repairs during your vacation is a real pain and waste of your time. The property is very dangerous for children as well as the elderly. Three is no grill outdoors (just a stone pit), there is a stairway with no railing (can you imagine?!?), home is located on a nameless dirt road high up a winding mountain which is a real pain having to go into town...

First, we met Alessandro who met us in person and introduced us to the place and how it works. That was very helpful. He gave us very good recommendations, all of which were excellent! "The holiday home was superb and very nicely decorated and furnished. This home made the holiday. It fully catered for all our needs, included a need to relax in the evening after sight seeing or a day at the beach. Further, the garden was lovely and enabled us to have breakfast in the sun! Also, the owner was fantastic and kept checking in with us to make sure everything was ok. Overall, this holiday home added to our great holiday in Northern Italy!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was well set up for guests. The views and outside space are amazing. We ate every meal looking out to sea. We had 2 teenagers with us and the WiFi worked well which kept them happy. We found the pool a bit small for us and preferred to walk to the beach at San Lorenzo. We would return but not in August when parking is stressful wherever you go! Communication with Marjolein was very good."

"We were welcomed by Alessia parents who were really lovely and helpful. The apartment was really clean, well decorated with a nice view! It was also very comfortable. It was exactly like in the pictures. We were off season so the village was quite empty but we were not far from the sea and the animation.
