"I stayed one night at this hotel and its by far the best option in Riobamba. I had a great dinner with a few glasses of wine. The weather was fantastic. You enjoyed seating next to the firepit before going to bee! Very recomended! "

"The hotel was closed at the time of arrival with the family group, so we had to incur another cost of taxi transfer, after communicating with Expedia, the hotel owner communicated with us claiming an emergency, but At the same time refusing to give us lodging for the price offered by Expedia, unfortunately neither Expedia nor the hotel owner could resolve the situation, having to sleep in the airport chairs with a 13 year old"

"Beautiful property, well maintained, clean. The staff was very nice and attentive, provided recommendations for dining and local culture. They provide fresh breakfast for you to make every morning but will offered to cook for you if you'd like. Eggs, milk, coffee, yogurt, bread, fruits, ham, cheese, and more. They will also make you aware of area and safety tips, the usual don't be out late at night by yourself. I definitely recommend. "
