"Parking lot was packed but cleared out later in the evening (either is was people visiting the lounge or the next door restaurant we assume). Parking lot was very dim so that felt a little unsafe. Location to the mall, food places and NDSU was very excellent. Hotel staff person was friendly, check in was smooth. Hotel room was a little dated, but was decently clean. "Im kindly on the rocks with this place. It wasnt horrible. For a budget/economy hotel, i guess it works. You get what you pay for, right? The heater worked, the bed wasnt bad. Coming into the room, the light switch by the door didnt work. So it was dark. Mini fridge and microwave in room. They have a sign up for quiet time, 10 pm to 6 am. It kindly appears that locals are living in the place. A couple of the people around the room i had were pretty loud and noisy, till around 11. Not constant,...

We didn’t have the breakfast other than coffee in the morning due to time constraints but breakfast smelled good but didn’t see any “to go” options like granola, muffins, bagels, bars. Stay was peaceful and this was a great option for the no frills place to sleep for the night. We would recommend this place and would stay here again. Great option for the price and location. "
