"Great location and very modern. I like a traditional feel more than the modern but it had everything one needed. However, there was less than 1 role of toilet paper between both bathrooms combined and no soap or shampoo, napkins, paper towels, dish brushes or clothes wash so come prepared. Also, the garbage outside was filled to overflowing before we arrived and we were unable to clean up our kitchen. Apparently, per the neighbor, this is an ongoing problem. The beds were a little uncomfortable....

"Stayed here over the Christmas week, the property is in an ideal location close to Seahouses centre and easy access at end of the road to the waterfront.There is reserved parking for two cars.The property is well equipped and comfortable and warm."

"The house was mostly comfortable but needs some upkeep. The communication with the host was a challenge and they did not reply to most messages (even an acknowledgment of receipt would be okay). One of the showers we could not adjust the temperature, 2 of the showers had mold. One of the biggest challenges was trying to cook as the cookware is very worn and some of it unusable. It would be nice to have a few basic essentials such as salt and pepper and hand soap upon arrival to get things...

"From first contact to the end of our stay we had a fantastic time. The house was very well decorated and perfectly located (5 mins walk to the beach). We travelled with 4 teenagers who loved the hot tub. The welcome basket was a lovely touch (tea/ coffee/ fizz/biscuits/ kids chocolate and milk). Lots of space in this house. Defiantly a good place for families and we'd highly recommend it. "

"The location of the cottage is perfect for days on the beach, walking the cliffs, trips out and days in the garden. Simon and Audrey were the perfect hosts and provided aus with a clean and comfy accommodation. The facilities and the layout of the rooms in the cottage was ideal for our requirements. "Stayed fir 3 nights. With 10 adults. Lovley big house. Plently of room Comfortable beds. Some paintwork a.bit.shabby which was a shame. Only down side was it stated a clockroom i thought that.meant a downstairs toilet but it was just a place eto hang coats. This was difficult as some of the party was eldery and found the stairs difficult to navigate, butmon the whole we had a great.time."
