My one and only complaint (and maybe I expect too much) is I thought having an indoor pool in Alaska in what I call the middle of winter, the pool would be heated. I would have taken semi-heated. Nonetheless we didn’t swim but we still had a great stay! Thank you! "

"I only interacted with one staff member but she was professional and efficient. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I was only there a night, but I could easily see a longer stay being very comfortable there. My one complaint was that my room was next to the outside door, and I could hear that door open and close throughout the evening."
