"This is a great property to stay at. A basement apartment (approximately 12 stairs down) in a quiet neighborhood that is stocked with everything you need as well as some of the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room supplies that you will need. The hosts were great! They made sure I had whatever I needed, answered all my "tourist" questions but at the same time didn't bother me unnecessarily. They made sure that the parking spot that is reserved for their guests is ALWAYS free of snow and ice...

"The place itself is super cute and exactly as the pictures show. However finding the location was not easy and when I messaged the owners I never got a response. The app didn't update with my door code either so I was locked out the first hour of getting there. Luckily I talked to some others staying there and they let me know what it likely was and it worked. "In the foothills overlooking Anchorage. Liked the location. Downstairs apartment with quite a few stairs so not good for anyone with problems walking or toting heavy suitcases. Some upstairs noise. Living room and kitchen quite small but we made do as we were gone most of the time. More suited to a couple than three though and not really set up for cooking meals. Two nice size bedrooms. Full size bathroom but could use some updating. Lovely porch with view of city. Nice quiet neighborhood."

"This place is very convenient to downtown and easy access to grocery and other shopping, restaurants and places to see. Just 10-12 minutes to the airport makes it really easy to get to and from as well. Host is extremely responsive and accommodating, and the place is comfortable and clean. If there is someone staying upstairs it can be a bit noisy with thumping, but very minimal generally."

"The listing was even better than we imagined. Clean, well stocked & quiet. It was in the perfect location for us. Most restaurants are close by. Big bathroom with plenty of soft towels. A lot of extras that most places don’t provide. Glenda was helpful with area suggestions. I can’t wait to go back!"
