We ended up not being able to stay the night due to a family emergency but are definitely coming back as this is the perfect getaway place for my husband and I. It's out of the way but not so remote that you feel cutoff and it's super convenient to Eklutna Lake, which is gorgeous."

"Never checked in. Waited 45 minutes for someone to show up after “Bill” told us Elizabeth would be there in 15 minutes. Outside property was a mess and looked more like a junk yard than anything resembling accommodations. Filed complaint with VRBO and waiting to hear back about a full refund. Had to find another place to stay on very short notice. This listing should be pulled off your site. "

"The place was perfect for our needs. The ceiling are low and I'm 6'5". But i survived. Taking a shower was difficult but I got clean. "

"The house was conveniently located, cute, and comfortable. However, I asked for the door code ahead of our arrival, explaining that I would not have access to wifi to access the code onVRBO once I left the airport. They refused to give it to me until 4 PM, checkin time, so we had to wait at the airport until 4, to get th3 code. They also did not explain how to use the lock after punching in th3 numbers, so that took awhile to figure out. "

"We stayed a couple days at this awesome yurt during our Alaska trip. The yurt was awesome. Exactly as advertised. But, even better in person. Communication from the host was great. Would love to stay here again! Even saw Moose nearby. Enjoyed a great hike at Prospect Heights Trailhead which is at the end of the road the yurt is on."
