I thought we'd be arriving about an hour before the office closed, but due to my error and some roadworks our ETA was 10 minutes after closing. I called the office and they were extremely kind about my mistake, and offered me multiple options for late check-in - including the person at the desk staying behind for a few minutes to meet me on arrival. It was very much appreciated!"
