"We had a wonderful at Palazzo Tasso. It is located in the center of the beautiful Sorrento, close to shops and restaurants. The staff is extremely friendly and thoughtful. "This place is a gem! Perfect location and amazing staff. Very friendly and communicative. There are 2 reasons I am not giving this location a full 5 star review. One is that there was a lack of hot water. The shower and sink lost pressure when turned to hot and it took a very long time to heat up. I am sure in the summer this is not an issue but it was in the winter. Something else to be aware of, the Main Street is very loud at night. We could hear full conversations from people on the street....

The rooms are in excellent condition and are stocked with all amenities needed. "Once in conversation with Ettore shortly before arrival, the stay was on a good track to be excellent. He gave guidance for the arrival with luggage to be only a short walk. Time was used upon arrival for us to become familiar with the functions of the residence, and this all worked out well.
