"I was very happy and would probably stay there again when coming to Amsterdam. It is easy walking distance to multiple attractions from stores and restaurants. I read that a number of hotels in the area had problems with temperature regulation and noise. This was not a problem. There was a thermostat in the room. "Hotel was quite hard to find and was not very well signposted we had to ask several members of staff before we found it. It was alot further from the terminal than suggested by the hotel. The hotel was very smart and hi tec and the room was very clean and well presented."

"Yet another great stay at Citizen M. The staff are lovely and always helpful - at any time. Unfortunately I fell ill while on holiday and they were kind enough to allow me to stay in the room a little later to rest up before the journey home. Great coffee and snacks, also very near the tram and train line so convenient to get around but quiet enough to get a good night sleep! Thansk again!"

"This was my first time at the Ruby Emma, and it definitely won't be my last. I managed to lose my phone, but the staff were very sympathetic and did everything they could to help. Thankfully, the phone was returned to the reception shortly afterwards. We quickly forgot about the incident when we arrived in our room. The location was amazing, and both my fiancée and I were seriously impressed by everything."
