"My husband and I had a lovely two-night stay here. Our room was on the smaller side but plenty of space for us - we loved the little wardrobe/bedside tables on each side of the bed. The amenities in the rooms are thoughtful and cover the basics we needed. The staff is kind and helpful, there is tea and coffee available in the lobby 24/7, and the breakfast has a great variety. We will definitely return here if we are lucky enough to visit Wengen again!"

"The place is conveniently located just about 8 mins walk from OST station, and about couple mins walking distance to the funicular for Harder Kulm. Staff is nice and they helped with the shuttle service back and forth. Place is very well maintained and has a lot charm. The old time characteristics of the building are well maintained Outside patio breakfast overlooking the water starts your day on a right note"

"Good location near Interlaken West station and not far from Interlaken Ost station. Good food nearby. Very close to local bus stop. Self serve laundry nearby (a real plus) The room was clean, every thing worked. Nice bar in main hotel (we were in the guest house which is a seperate building but very close. "

"Amazing hotel with great staff. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and location is fantastic. Bus stop is right outside the hotel. You can get to any train station you want, Interlaken OST or West in bus right from the hotel exit. We had a great time. Highly recommend!"

"Well. What can I say. 5 stars from checking to leaving. The room itself & the hotel were perfect. Staff were kind & very helpful Dinner in the hotel restaurant was fantastic so much so we are there every night of our 3 night stay , ate something different each night & we’re not disappointed with the service or quality. I can understand the mixed reviews but we enjoyed the laid back , not rushed very European service …the staff were professional & knowledgeable regards the menu , wines & cocktails Facilities on offer were great & for us it was a fantastic base for our itinerary…lots to fo & see …we will definitely be back as we can’t wait to see it in Winter. "
