"The staff was helpful and friendly. They had excellent knowledge of the area and the amenities. They were very accommodating of the pool area and the breakfast area. We had a wonderful time and are considering making it a yearly event."

"This was our family's 4th annual Christmas stay at this property and, as usual, we all had a great time. The house was clean as usual and the views of the frozen lake was beautiful even if the lake was semi-frozen over and there was no snow to deal with. Plenty of room for our 14 people. Had no issues with our stay. Self-check-in so no problems with that. However, the TV in the great room had a small broken area in the upper left corner of the screen, however the distortions were limited to the far left and very top and didn't affect the picture that much. All in all, a great time and next year we may try tor our fifth Christmas at this property."
