VRBO needs to raise their standards
For "newer" townhomes, there was significant damage to the drywall and scuff marks all throughout the unit. The kitchen was dirty and there was food left in the pantry and fridge/freezer. The oven most likely has never been cleaned (inside or out), the microwave glass plate was missing and never replaced and the cabinets still had grease and grime on the outside of them. I would recommend bringing your own pots and pans if you book here. The floor was sticky from, Im hoping, the wrong cleaner being used, because our kids feet were black after 2 hours of being there. The smoke alarm in the downstairs bedroom was hanging off the ceiling and the one in the bedrooms upstairs was missing completely. It was clear the bathtubs and showers were not clean when there was a shoe print in the master tub (im assuming this is when they refilled the shampoo). The most disturbing, the sheets were not washed. There was an alarming amount of hair in the beds in 3/4 of the bedrooms. When we went to change the sheets, we found the ones in the closet weren't clean either. Our first night of vacation was spent cleaning and doing laundry (with cleaning supplies we had to purchase ourselves). The property company replied the next morning wanting to send their cleaners out to do what was supposed to be done already but at that point, we had already done the work. This property needs to be taken off of VRBO until there are some renovations and a deep clean.

Good price. Beds were clean. Some minor repairs are needed such as the couch and some other minor things around the townhome. The garage was nice and plenty of room for the family.

This property was filthy, poorly maintained, clearly not appropriately maintained, blankets and area rugs unwashed, floors unswept, carpet unvacuumed, missing appliance parts, missing smoke alarm, actual fecal matter in uncleaned toilet, a Christmas welcome mat at door, noisy a/c compressor, filthy bed pillows, improperly stocked linens, missing flatware and other items. Host improperly responsive and subsequently defensive. Do not stay here!!!!

Wonderful Townhouse with garage. Five Stars!
The owner provided excellent communication throughout the stay. This is a NEW townhouse in a great location in American Fork. Great living area and bedrooms. We loved the two-car garage. Nicely decorated and very clean. We highly recommend this VRBO
